  1. The Ramona Quimby books & don't forget the Polk Street Kids series. Nancy Drew (I know that's for a bit older kids, but still...).

  2. Hurrah for winning! I think you have my email:) Some other favorites: Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle, Ramona the Pest, The Great Brain, Little House on the Prairie, and so many more! It's been fun to get all these on CD from the library and listen to them again...for the kids, of course.

  3. All Beverly Cleary and Betsy Byars books for sure.

  4. I loved, loved, loved The Biggest Word Book Ever by Richard Scarry. I read it and re-read it until the spine started to go. I learned all the vocabulary words and I made up fantastic, adventurous stories with the bunnies and the bears. I liked to use my imagination so this was the perfect book for me to spring off of.
